Prices (TTC) are set at the night for the rental of a room (Chartreuse or Bugey). It is possible to book both rooms for the same order.
Bookings made from intermediaries (online booking sites or directories) may show prices different from those made on site or from the official villa Burdi website.
Our booking conditions will be systematically confirmed by email in order to validate the booking process.

Stay tax

The residence tax is levied on behalf of the commune community of Balcons du Dauphiné and the County Council of Isère. It is 0.80 euros per person per day for adults over 18 years of age for our category, the guest room.

Using WiFi

Internet access via secure WiFi is made available free of charge from the bedrooms and common areas, if you stay inside the house. Villa Burdi cannot be held responsible for the available and usable throughput for this connection.
The use of Villa Burdi's Wi-Fi service is subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The user undertakes to use both his computer equipment (portable, personal assistant) and this service, in a manner consistent with the law, including prohibiting any behavior and use contrary to public order and morals.
